Full Immersion. Our bread and butter, taking participants through the full range of our passions. We combine freediving, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and neuroconservation into a 7 day transformative experience that will be hard to forget.

Freedive Training

Dive into immersive freedive training, working to improve your abilities. Participants can join five open ocean training sessions, as well as unlimited pool access and tailored training.

Daily Yoga and Meditation
Daily Yoga and Meditation

Yoga and meditation are both helpful modalities to calming the mind and bringing us back into our body.

Date with the Mantas
Date with the Mantas

Enjoy a half-day adventure to interact with our resident manta rays. All gear, snacks and wild vibes are included.

Evening Activities
Evening Activities

Nightly cooldown activities, breathing exercises, and workshops. Evening activities will help to solidify the learning process.

Food and Accommodation
Food and Accommodation

A six-night stay and breakfast and lunch are included daily. Group dinners on the first and last night are also included.

Transportation
Transportation

Round trip fastboat transportation from Bali to Nusa Lembongan, and scooter rental for the duration of the retreat.

* Level 1 and 2 freedive certifications are offered (PADI and Molchonovs), and certification cost is included.

  • Yes! This 7-day retreat was designed for students who have never tried freediving before, in addition to freedivers wanting to advance their training.

    Our instructors are trained in various modalities in order to maximize learning for participants.

  • Fluid Focus retreats are about connecting back to the water, so if you have a fear of the ocean, we want you to join the retreat more than ever.

    We have all the tools to give you a transformational experience and get you more comfortable in the water.
