Our Bali retreat was created with the concept that everyone can learn to freedive, and in doing so, change their lives for the better. We don’t push for depth. We don’t dive only for numbers. We challenge ourselves to focus on the process of moving towards the result. After all, we could all use a little more of this present-moment thing, right?
Join us for a week of creativity, inspiration, community, and everything salty. Sure, we freedive with the mantas, some turtles, and some super healthy reef systems - but our favorite place is in the middle of the Big Blue. Only there do we understand things a little bit more clearly. Once we have practiced some freediving tools and instilled a bit of loving discipline, we can continue to unravel the simple mysteries the sport provides.

Transportation
Fastboat transport from Sanur, Bali to Nusa Lembongan, and scooter rental for the retreat duration.

Evening Cooldowns
Nightly meditations, guided visualizations and techniques to develop body awareness, mindset and stress management.

Yoga and Meditation
Daily yoga and meditation programs with qualified and experienced instructors. Practices complement in water work, as well as daily (real life) applications.

Workshops
Workshops and discussions about island conservation, freedive physiology, meditation, manta biology, neuroscience and everything else nerdy.

Freedive Training
Five ocean training sessions, two instructor-led pool sessions, and personalized training to improve technique, endurance and comfort.

Luxury villa accommodation, daily breakfast and lunch, and three included group dinners.
